Methods To Reactivate QuickBooks Payroll subscription
Method 1: Use the website
- Use your Intuit login credentials to access theQuickBooks Account.
- Click on 'Manageyour QuickBooks page' option.
- Choose the item to manage.
- Under the Products & Services section,choose Payroll Subscription.
- View the status of the subscription beneath theblue Toolbar. In this case, the cancellation is shown in the subscription
status. - Choose the Resubscribe button.
- Before selecting Save and Continue, double-checkthat all of the data in the Reactivate Subscription boxes is correct.
- Check the billing information and subscriptiondetails once again.
- Press the Reactivate button.
- A pop-up notice stating that the payrollsubscription is reinstated will now appear on your screen.
- Click on Got it.
Method 2: Using the Desktop file
- Run QuickBooks and choose the Employees menu.
- Click on 'AccountBilling Information' option from the 'findmy Payroll Service' menu.
- Log into the Intuit Account.
- Select the Reactivate link in the ServiceInformation section located next to the service status.
- To finish the transaction, select the payroll serviceand then click Continue.
- Choose a payment option.
- Users can edit, add, or update the paymentinformation after clicking on Submit.
- Hit on Place Order option.
- Click on Next to return to the QuickBooksDesktop application.
- Go to My Payroll Service, choose Employees, andthen try to login in with the same user ID and password to make sure the
service is functioning. - Next, verify the Service Status by clicking on theAccount/Billing Information link.
Method 3: Using the Cancelation Email
- Log in to the email account and then visit thesubscription mail. Herein, click on Resubscribe.
- The user will be sent to the Intuit QuickBooksMy Account page.
- Use the Intuit Login credentials to log in.
- Update the payment details.
- Then, click on Save and Continue.
- After verifying that all of the data entered onthe previous page is correct, click on Reactivate.
- Now, a message stating “Your membership has been renewed!” will appear on the screen.
- Click on Got it.
- It can take up to 24 hours to finish thereactivation procedure.
Method 4: Through My Account section
- Enter your Intuit login information orcredentials to access the My Account.
- Go to the Manage your QuickBooks window and optfor the item to manage.
- Subsequently, choose the 'Payroll Subscription' option from the 'Products & Services' menu.
- The status of the subscription is displayed inthe status bar.
- The status will reflect Active if the membershiphas already been renewed.
